Dear friends,
Our goal is to make your stay in Bulgaria even more enjoyable and to create conditions for the best possible performance of the competitors. To achieve these goals, we have created this platform for food delivery to the competition venue.
The menu was consulted with a dietitian and nutritionist and is for athletes during periods of active exercise in sports disciplines with intense aerobic activity. It combines protein sources with slow and faster carbohydrates – a source of energy, as well as essential minerals and vitamins contained in raw vegetables.
Where will we deliver your order?
In the parking lot in front of the Asics Arena hall there will be a tent, which is divided into two parts, one for Registration, the other for Food Delivery – there the coach or team leader will be able to receive the Order, after signing for the delivery.
How does it work?
You can familiarize yourself with the menu and see what we offer. Each dish is presented with a photo in a catering box, with a description of the products and their weight, the price of each dish is clearly visible separately. The price also includes a set of cutlery, a packet of salt and salad dressing.
Order
Online
Online orders are accepted until 13.05.2025.
- Choose a delivery date
- Choose a dish from the menu
- Enter the number of servings of this dish that you want to order for the selected date.
- Choose subsequent dishes in the same way, if you want variety. All ordered dishes are added to your Cart.
- When you have finished making your selection, you proceed to the next step, where you enter the data required to complete the order. The system records your order and calculates the total cost of the ordered food for the relevant date.
- Repeat the procedure for each date you wish to order for.
- You have the option to choose whether to prepay for only the first day order or for all the days orders . To prepay, select the “Payment by bank transfer” option in the relevant order. In case you choose to pay only on the first day orders, and you have placed Orders for several days, you must confirm each Order on the spot on the day preceding the day of receipt (see Order the spot) and prepay it to the employee there.

On the spot
A point for ordering food for the next day will be opened in the tent, where our employee will accept your orders.
The point for accepting orders for the next day will be open until 14.00, after which orders will not be accepted!
To make a request for food for the next day, you must be able to identify yourself with your Accreditation.
After you make your selection, your ORDER will be printed on paper. You MUST sign it and write your names in Bulgarian or Latin.
Teams that have placed an Order online, but have not paid for it in advance, must confirm it on site by signing and writing their name. You must have sufficient funds to make payment for the value of the Order.
Payment
Your ORDER is PREPAID!
The necessary invoice details are entered when placing the order (step 5).
You will receive information about the order itself at the email address you provided when placing the order – ordered products, payment amount, payment method. If you have selected the “Payment by bank transfer” option for a given order, you should make a payment to the company’s account – IBAN: BG89FINV91501017752303, Recipient: FOOT DELI LTD, Reason for payment: The name of the team / club in whose name the order is, order number (which is automatically generated by the system) and the date you will receive it.
Payment must be made no later than 13.05.2025. Payments made after this date will not be considered as regularly paid and Orders will be cancelled.
In case you order on the spot , after signing your order you should make a payment.. Payments will be accepted in cash and by card.
We kindly ask everyone who will use our services to notify us the day before their departure so that they can receive an invoice for all payments on the last day.
